British Artist Blacksmiths Association (BABA)
The British Artist Blacksmiths Association (BABA) was created in 1978 and has developed and promoted the work of the modern artist blacksmith since its beginnings, encouraging and bringing together professional and amateur smiths to learn about, enjoy and advance the extraordinary craft of creative blacksmithing.
Its work includes organising forge-ins, holding masterclasses, hosting/promoting events and more, all celebrating and developing the art of the contemporary blacksmith.
